      What the labels mean
      • Main point The claim the whole argument is trying to prove. Always exactly 1.
      • Support A reason. Nothing else in the argument backs it up.
      • Stepping stone Backed by a support line, and it backs the main point.
      • Background Setup, the other side's view, or a concession. It doesn't back the main point.
      • A sentence with a "since" or "because" part gets the label of its main claim. That part is its support.
